Every lungi we make is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we’re here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products due to size, color preference, or change of mind, as all lungies are carefully described and photographed before listing.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and a clear photo of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
You may need to ship the product back to our address at your cost unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank/UPI/credit card).
- If your return does not meet the above conditions, it may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item for another design or color (subject to availability), please mention it while initiating the return.
We will confirm availability and ship the replacement once we receive your returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Washed or worn items.
- Discounted or clearance sale products.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and product images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
