- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For bulk or business orders, shipping can be arranged through your preferred courier partner upon request.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Delivery Time
- Tamil Nadu & South India: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays such as weather or transport disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional events.
- For bulk or customized orders, shipping costs may vary based on weight and destination.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can use this ID to monitor your shipment status through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays in Delivery
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by courier issues, remote area delivery, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
We will always assist you in tracking and resolving such cases as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Please do not accept it.
- Report the issue immediately to our support team with photos and order details.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
